Welcome to the Deathparade

After Johnny Tupolev revealed their gentle side last year with "Sunshine & Rain," the three electro-rockers now return with full force. With their latest single, "Welcome to the Deathparade," they once again showcase their knack for addressing socio-critical themes, always referencing current events.

And this time, the message of the song is truly powerful and once again sparks controversy:

"You preach there's only one true God, only one true faith - I earnestly hope for you that it is the one for which you have inflicted suffering on others..."

"Welcome to the Deathparade" describes the final journey that each of us will take -
In the face of this fact, perhaps it would be worthwhile, while still alive, to contemplate the meaning of the exclusive claims of religions and belief systems a bit longer...

Nachdem Johnny Tupolev im letzten Jahr mit „Sunshine & Rain“ erstmals ihre sanfte Seite gezeigt hat, kommen die drei Electrorocker nun mit aller Wucht zurück - Mit ihrer aktuellen Single „Welcome to the Deathparade“ beweisen sie einmal mehr ihr Gespür für sozialkritische Themen, immer bezugnehmend auf aktuelles Zeitgeschehen.

Und auch diesmal hat es die Aussage des Songs im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes in sich und sorgt erneut für viel Zündstoff:

„Ihr predigt es gibt nur einen wahren Gott, nur den einen Wahren Glauben - ich hoffe
inständig für euch, das es der ist , für den ihr anderen Menschen Leid angetan habt…“

Im Angesicht dieser Tatsache wäre es vielleicht wert , noch zu Lebzeiten über den
Sinn vom Alleinanspruch von Religionen und Glaubensrichtungen, mal etwas länger nachzudenken…

part 2: While Ive got the FLACS and streamed on here, I actually havent listened to the vinyls....because this was the first Ive bought in 20+ years. I dont even have a record player but it was all just so beautiful..now Im about to spend $300 for a turntable alone. Now....all of that said...Dolby Atmos remix when?
